Shoppers will not pay state or local sales tax on eligible clothing, shoes, accessories, school supplies, art supplies, instructional materials and electronic devices.

Eligible purchases include:

• Clothing and shoes priced under $100 per item

• Clothing accessories priced under $50 per item

• School supplies and backpacks

• School art supplies

• Textbooks, workbooks and other instructional materials

• Computers, tablets, cellphones, calculators, printers and other eligible electronic devices

The price limits apply to each individual item, not the total purchase.
