Community members, Chamber ambassadors, family, and friends gathered to celebrate the opening of the floral and gift shop, which offers fresh floral arrangements, plants, memorial gifts, locally sourced products, gift baskets, jewelry, and custom orders for a variety of occasions.

“Nothing is more exciting than celebrating a new business in Batesville,” said Amanda Roberts, Membership Engagement Specialist for the Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce. “Signature Floral CO brings not only beautiful products and services to our community, but also a heartfelt story and a family that has chosen to invest in Batesville. We are thrilled to welcome Kathy and her team as Chamber members and look forward to supporting their success.”

Owner Kathy Hauge shared that Signature Floral Company was inspired by her late mother and a lifelong love of floral design.

“I moved here from Iowa, and my mother and I used to do flowers together,” said Hauge. “After she passed away in December, I decided opening a flower shop would be a wonderful way to honor her memory. This business is truly built from love, and we’re excited to share that with the Batesville community.”

Signature Floral CO carries fresh flowers, blooming plants, memorial items, Baxter Bears, handcrafted jewelry, and gift baskets for every occasion. The shop also prioritizes supporting Arkansas artisans and small businesses by featuring locally made products whenever possible. If a customer needs something not currently in stock, the team can often special-order items to meet their needs.

During the celebration, Hauge also recognized the many individuals and businesses who helped make the opening possible, including her daughter Haley for designing the company logo, Weichert Realty, First Community Bank, Robb Roberts, Don Sullivan Construction, RAWK Imprinting, Bill Olson, and staff members Lucretia, Dot, and Tina. She also offered special thanks and well wishes to former owner Lisa Pruitt.

Signature Floral CO is available to assist customers with floral arrangements, plants, gifts, and custom orders for celebrations, memorials, and special occasions. Customers can connect with the business through the Signature Floral CO Facebook page or by calling 870-698-9373.
