Owner Jesse Doris said, "I want to thank all of my supporters who have been with me since the beginning when I started with pork skins. You loved those, and now they are in 32 stores, and now we are in the train car." "The menu is like an old-school diner. We have the classics, but we have a lot of new-school recipes that you won't find anywhere else," finished Doris. He encouraged guests who want to try something new to check them out.
