OIRM Christmas Family Day

The Old Independence Regional Museum is starting the holiday season with festive fun! Celebrate with us at our 18th annual Christmas Family Day on Saturday, December 13th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This joyful event is perfect for all ages!

Enjoy live music from the Batesville Brass Quintet and Edward Casper, visit with Santa Claus for photos and holiday cheer, admire holiday-themed tractors from the Antique Tractor Club, and dive into a variety of crafts and hands-on activities.

Step back in time with old-fashioned holiday traditions, including a nostalgic taffy pull and other classic winter pastimes. It’s the perfect way to create lasting memories while experiencing the warmth and wonder of Christmases past.

Admission is free, and festive attire is encouraged!
