Jeff Owens Memorial Ride
Saturday, June 6, 2026 • 10 a.m.
Citizens Bank Pocket Park
Set for Saturday, June 6, at 10 a.m., this ride is more than just an event. It is a way to celebrate Jeff’s many contributions to Batesville while continuing the momentum of the things he cared about most. Through the Jeff Owens Project, participants will help invest in the places that bring the community together and support the future of local trails.
Riders can choose between two route options: JO-33, a 33-mile ride, or JO-18, an 18-mile ride. Registration is $50 and remains open through June 4 at BikeReg.com. Participants who register by May 15 are guaranteed an event T-shirt.
All proceeds from the Jeff Owens Memorial Ride will directly benefit Batesville Parks and Recreation by supporting the ongoing development and maintenance of the local Greenway and mountain bike trail system.
Please note this event is a ride, not a race. There will be no official timing or performance-based prizes. Participants are encouraged to enjoy the scenery and community atmosphere at their own pace while helping honor Jeff’s passion for
cycling and his many contributions to Batesville.
