Ribbon-Cutting Held for Palomino Petals

The Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce held a Ribbon-Cutting ceremony for Palomino Petals in Diaz.

Palomino Petals is a full-service florist, plant and garden nursery, and gift shop featuring local artists, bakers, makers, and crafters. In addition to stunning florals and artistry, Palomino Petals offers a selection of boutique clothing and home decor. The shop is located on a horse farm, where numerous horses have been rescued and given the name "Palomino." The farm is a venue for festivals, creative classes, and fun events hosted by Palomino Petals. 


“We service several counties providing funeral and sympathy, floral tributes, wedding, and floral bouquet designs, as well as seasonal and everyday floral arranging, said Vanessa Skelton, owner of Palomino Petals. “Our extended services include landscaping and exterior design, like porch and entryway decoration. We have also expanded our boutique and are happy to have several vendors from Independence County.” Palomino Petals is a supporter of small businesses in other communities and charitable groups.

Palomino Petals is located at 12 Maple Lane in Diaz. It is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
