The training will take place on Wednesday, May 6, from 3 to 5 p.m. at The River Waterfront Steak & Grill and is designed to help Chamber members elevate the way they connect, serve, and create meaningful interactions in both business and everyday life.

“Delivering a great experience isn’t accidental — it’s intentional,” said Amanda Roberts, Membership Engagement Specialist for the Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce. “This training will give our members practical tools they can immediately apply to stand out, strengthen relationships, and create lasting impressions — especially as they prepare for events like our upcoming Business Expo.”

Known for her engaging delivery and real-world storytelling, Tammy Fink brings a dynamic blend of education and entertainment. Through The WOW! Factor, she helps leaders and teams understand how everyday decisions shape culture, consistency, and trust—key elements in building strong organizations and memorable customer experiences.

During the session, participants will explore actionable strategies for designing moments that surprise and delight while learning how to consistently deliver experiences people remember long after they happen. It’s a perfect opportunity for businesses participating in the Chamber’s Business Expo to gain tips and ideas for creating more engaging, memorable booth experiences.

From enhancing customer service to strengthening internal culture, Creating Unforgettable Experiences will equip attendees with the mindset and tools needed to raise the bar and deliver impact that sticks.

Space is limited, and early registration is encouraged. The event is being offered to Chamber members at no cost thanks to the generous support of Bad Boy Mowers, Onin Staffing, and Peco Foods.
