Chamber Welcomes Fairfield Bay Conference Center
The Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce (BACC) recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony to welcome the Fairfield Bay Conference Center as a new member. Located in scenic Fairfield Bay, Arkansas, the center is a premier event destination offering top-tier amenities and a wide range of attractions for groups and visitors.

Sales Director Benny Baker opened the ceremony by introducing Sue McCabe, Volunteer Sales Ambassador, and Fairfield Bay Mayor Seth Connell. Mayor Connell spoke about the growth and resurgence of Fairfield Bay as a vibrant regional tourist destination. He shared his excitement about the enhancements underway at the conference center, noting, “Fairfield Bay is on the comeback. We’re excited to launch new features at the conference center to continue that momentum.”
The Fairfield Bay Conference Center is a full-service resort facility boasting over 13,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, with the ability to host events ranging from intimate gatherings of two to large-scale functions accommodating up to 350 guests in theater-style seating or 220 guests in banquet-style seating. The center also offers Zoom capabilities, making it a hybrid-ready venue for high-tech events.
On-site amenities include in-house food and beverage services, as well as access to lodging, with accommodations steps away at the 63-room Cobblestone Inn & Suites, which can accommodate up to 110 guests. Additionally, there are 222 two-bedroom, two-bath VIP condos available for larger groups or extended stays.
During the event, Baker highlighted the broad range of experiences Fairfield Bay has to offer. “We’re here to reintroduce the center to you,” he said. “Guests can enjoy dining, explore beautiful Greers Ferry Lake year-round for fishing and water sports, or take advantage of our professional golf courses at Indian Hills Golf Club and Mountain Ranch Golf Club. There’s something for everyone—trail riding, ATV/UTV and mountain biking trails, pickleball, parks, and live entertainment.”
The Fairfield Bay community is also home to several beloved annual festivals, including OktoberFest, BoatiGras, BayFest Street Festival, and the Fourth of July Celebration, further establishing the area as a hub for recreation, relaxation, and memorable gatherings.
The BACC is proud to welcome the Fairfield Bay Conference Center to its growing network of members and looks forward to supporting its continued success in serving the region.
